What the heck is an "Ice Cream Social?" Why, it's a birthday party, of course!
Join us on Saturday, June 21 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. for a free, old-fashioned garden party celebrating the library's centenary. When's the last time you did anything for a hundred years straight?
And what could possibly be better than an outdoor party with free ice cream, popcorn, cotton candy and lemonade* , entertainment from singers and clowns and Mother Goose?
The answer is: nothing could be better! So come one down. The event is open to all, and prizes will be awarded to people dressed in their best 1908 attire.
*while supplies last, of course.
